Monetra Oy Procurement Services shall request the order of the Sivakka Group (hereinafter also referred to as “subscriber”) for your offer of household appliances (refrigeration appliances, cookers, extractors, dishwashers) and services included in this invitation to tender and in accordance with its annexes.

Sivakka Group consists of the following companies and properties owned by them: Sivakkagroup, Oulun Sivakka Oy and Oulu Tervatalo. The number of apartments at the moment is c. 8400 pieces.

The contract period is scheduled to start on 1 June 2022. The start schedule is an estimate and the contract will only arise with the signing of a written contract. The contract expires on 31 May 2024 and is entitled to continue as an option in accordance with the call for tender.

The quantities of household appliances presented in the tender offer are estimates and are based on purchases made in 2021, as well as the subscriber's assessment of the future development of purchases for different types of equipment. The amounts have been reported to the tenders in support of the bidding. The comparison is made on the basis of the estimated amounts indicated.

The subscriber acquires household appliances in the form of single machines, as well as in larger batches (project machines) for repair and new items. Machines are ordered through the Tampuuri information system.

Single machines are replacement machines that are acquired to replace broken machines in populated housing c. 700-800 units/year. The machines are acquired in working order.

The subscriber also procures resident-front machinery in the form of individual deliveries of approx. 100 pieces each year. Residential support appliances are higher quality household appliances that are offered to residents who lived in apartments for more than 5 years. The machines supplied with a residential advantage have been mainly ceramic circulating cookers and dishwashers.

Project machines are acquired in larger batches approx. 200-300 units/year. The machines are acquired when delivered to the site or installed in place in housing. The subscriber agrees with the service provider on a case-by-case basis whichever method of delivery is used.
