1. The subject of the contract is the provision of consulting services in the field of age management in the project "Employees - the best investment for the company", hereinafter referred to as the Project, m.in including: a) providing the necessary experts for the implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the description indicated in Annex A to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), b) conducting individual advisory support at each of the 200 employers participating in the Project - in accordance with the description indicated in the Annex A to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and Annex B to the SWZ – model contract, c) preparing reports and keeping documentation confirming the provision of consulting services in accordance with the guidelines contained in Annex B to the SWZ – contract template and Annex A to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, d) providing a person responsible for coordinating the execution of the contract in accordance with the description indicated in Annex A to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract, e) ensuring the participation of experts in review meetings in accordance with Annex A to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract,

The advisory service will be provided in 5 editions (for 40 employers in each edition) in accordance with the schedule presented in §2 section 2 of the model contract constituting Annex B to the SWZ. 3. The advisory service in each edition will consist of two stages: a) stage I including advice on the diagnosis and analysis of the company's situation, development of an individual Age Management Strategy (SZW) along with a proposal for support under the Project, b) stage II including advice on the development of HR processes and preparation of documents related to the practical implementation of age management in the company. 4.
