The subject of the contract is the delivery of milk and milk products to the Police Training Center in Legionowo.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of milk and milk products to the Police Training Centre in Legionowo. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 4 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted. 4. The Contracting Authority allows entrusting the performance of part of the contract to a Subcontractor. 5. The Contracting Authority shall request the Contractor to indicate in the tender the parts of the contract which it will entrust to Subcontractors and to provide the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known. 6. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the Essential provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ. 7. Pursuant to Article 455(1)(1) of the Act, the contracting authority, due to the specificity of the functioning of the unit and the possibility of a decrease in the number of nutritional conditions, reserves the right not to perform the entire contract without financial and legal consequences. The minimum remuneration for the Contractor in this case will amount to PLN 901,100.00 gross. The minimum remuneration of the Contractor shall be reduced proportionately after the use of the electronic auction. 8. The Ordering Party reserves the right to unilaterally extend the contract performance period to 60 days after the deadline specified in the contract, within the financial resources specified for this purpose and to request the conclusion of an annex to the contract in this respect. 9. Pursuant to Article 310 of the Law, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the entire contract have not been granted to it. 10. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract in collective packaging, properly sorted and protected against damage, in the temperature conditions recommended by the manufacturer and with a clean means of transport adapted to the carriage of the subject of the contract. 11. The Ordering Party reserves that the total value of the order may not exceed the financial resources held. 12. The subject of the contract shall be delivered to the Ordering Party's registered office at the Contractor's expense. 13. Deadline for performance of the contract - successively in batches from the date of signing the contract until 30 September 2024. 14. Place of contract: food warehouse of the Police Training Center in Legionowo, Zegrzyńska 121, 05-119 Legionowo.
