The subject of the contract are tasks consisting in:

(a) the supply and configuration of equipment and the supply of licences necessary for the installation of the equipment; and

b) providing warranty service (manufacturer) covering the repair of all irregularities, defects and defects and damage detected during the operation of the equipment

1. The subject of the contract shall be tasks consisting in:

(a) the supply and configuration of equipment and the supply of licences necessary for the installation of the equipment; and

b) providing warranty service (manufacturer) covering the repair of all irregularities, defects and defects and damage detected during the operation of the equipment

2. The Contractor is required to deliver and install the type A disk array directly to GDDKiA Branches in Białystok, Gdańsk, Kielce, Lublin, Warsaw, Zielona Góra and Wrocław (address details can be found in Appendix 1 to the Agreement);

3. The equipment supplied must be brand new;

4. The terms of warranty service of the delivered equipment are specified in the OPZ.

5. The Contractor is required to prepare as-built documentation in the scope of configuration of controllers, shelves and disk spaces.
