The contract has been classified as MIXED SUPPLY/SERVICES in accordance with article 16/17 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, which transposes into Spanish law the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014 (LCSP).

The duration of the contract will be from the signing of the contract until December 31, 2023, for the year 2024 the contract will have an annual duration, as well as in the successive extensions.

The delivery time of the tents is 30 calendar days from the date of signing the award contract.

Leasing and Assembly Fair infrastructures Sansestock.La duration of the contract will be, until the complete uninstallation of the facilities, orientatively for the annuity of 2023 until October 10 of 2023.La fair is held the first full weekend of October of each year, for 2023 on Friday 6, Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 October. The installation must be finished and with the receipt certificate signed at 7:00 a.m. on the same Friday of the beginning of the celebration of the fair. If it is necessary to replace, repair or remodel any element, the successful bidder will have a maximum of three hours to carry them out. If this is not the case, the City Council will carry them out by its own means and will charge the costs to the successful bidder. The start of the assembly works of the necessary infrastructure will be carried out with the necessary advance, orientatively on Wednesday of the week immediately prior to the celebration of the event, for 2023 on September 28. The installation must be operational on the aforementioned Friday, Saturday and Sunday in October. The removal of the tent infrastructure must have been made, inexcusably, before 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday (week after the celebration of the Fair), prior to the celebration of the Merchants Market. Otherwise, a penalty of 10% of the award amount will be imposed.

The duration of the contract will be from June 15, 2023 to September 15, 2023, and may be adjusted depending on the different services to be provided, the climatological evolution and the facilities for providing the service.- Assembly and disassembly dates: from Thursday, June 1 to Thursday, September 21, 2023.- The assembly of the tents must be specified depending on the specific installation, the activities that can be developed and the meteorological evolution. The assembly and disassembly dates will be specified in the first half of June. In any case, the maximum installation time is estimated at three months.
