Assignment, pursuant to Articles 23, 101 and 111 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and Part II, Title II, Chapter I, of Presidential Decree no. 207/2010, of the definitive design and executive design service of the work called “variant to the SP 28 of the Motte di Oga — summit section”, including the drafting of the documents for the verification of liability to the environmental impact assessment within the competence of the Region Lombardy, a study that is intended to be entrusted including every necessary activity and specialist study, including survey, study, analysis and modeling of traffic, survey, study and modeling of acoustic impact, as well as the additions necessary for the preparation of the environmental impact study, if the outcome of the exclusion verification procedure ends with a judgment of liability and than is necessary to give the projects approvable. The contracting station reserves the right to entrust the work management service.

The contract is constituted as follows:

1) definitive and executive design service, including environmental impact study and all ancillary activities €292,071.57

2) works management service (subject to direct assignment) €174,596.78
