The procedure is the subject of 2 contracts (lots): - multi-technical and multi-service management services (General Outsourced Services / Facility Management) as well as support from the ANTAI on the implementation of major projects for the 2 sites of the National Processing Centre (CNT) located in Rennes (lot 1); - Multi-technical and multi-service management services for the antai site in Paris (lot 2)

The aim is to provide outsourced general services (Facility Management), integrating multi-technical and multi-service management services for the National Processing Centre (CNT), in a logic of global, optimised and value-added management. The services concern the overall management of multi-technical and multi-service maintenance and major projects of the antai:- management services;- multi-technical services concern technical activities related to the maintenance and operation of buildings and associated equipment: electricity (high and low currents), air conditioning, elevators, real estate and furniture fittings, fire safety, maintenance of installations, etc. etc. • regulatory controls and waiver of reservations;• multi-service services concern services intended for occupants and users of the CNT sites: reception and hospitality management, green spaces, interior and exterior cleanliness, catering and herbal tea rooms, means of communication and printing, etc. • Support for studies and the implementation of major projects that may be decided upon during the duration of the contract. The services apply for the CNT:- to the surface areas of the main site and the secondary site including the built-up and non-built areas and the separating boundaries;- to the built area, whether it is located above or below ground, carrying the infrastructure of the structural work or the developments relating to the trades of the finishing work of the building;- the equipment, technical equipment and installations related to the operation of the CNT;- furniture and small equipment;- all the networks and their supports which cover the entire site in underground or visible location

The services apply to the Paris site:- to ANTAI private areas;- to equipment, technical equipment and installations related to operation;- to furniture and small equipment
