VTT requests a quotation for a Wire Cut Electric Discharge Machine (hereinafter EDM). The EDM will be used in the Hot cell laboratory for cutting radioactive materials. The main applications of the EDM will be metal alloys, such as stainless steel, zirconium and steel. The EDM will be placed inside a shielded cell and used remotely with manipulators.
