1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the service entitled "Promotion of the Lubuskie Voivodeship by air carriers operating from the Zielona Góra/Babimost airport to the F. Chopin airport in Warsaw and other international airports" on the route between Zielona Góra Airport – Babimost (IEG) and Taba Airport (TCP) ↔ – as part of the holiday offer of travel agencies during 10 holiday and tourist stays, where the holiday and tourist stay is understood as a departure "out" and "back" (10 rotations), throughout the duration of the contract on the route: Zielona Góra (IEG) – Taba (TCP) – Zielona Góra (IEG), in connection with the performance of air transport performed on the basis of an air charter agreement, in which the air carrier makes available to the charterer a certain number of seats in order to perform passenger transport – using advertising media described in the Annex to OPZ.
