The subject of the order is maintenance and operation service and maintenance of technical efficiency through the performance of maintenance and repair work on the power networks and equipment of PGA SA - constituting the power infrastructure of the Employer. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR "Description of the subject of the contract" (OPZ).

in Annex 1 to the OPZ.

The quantitative statement may change as a result of investments, customer needs, connection and disconnection. The rules for taking these changes into account were included in the draft contract (Annex 4 to the ToR).
