The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting and secondary use of the forest, to be carried out in the Gradówek forestry area of the Lwówek Śląski Forest District in 2022.
