It is the Association’s intention to enter into a contract with one contractor to deliver the provision of a fully comprehensive individual boiler annual service and repairs contract for all properties throughout Scotland.

In brief below but as set out in tender documents uploaded to PCS

— the contractors must be a member of gas safe register;

— membership of the Heating and Ventilating Contractors' Association (HVCA) or equivalent body;

— access to residents properties;

— liaison with Hanover Coordinator;

— programme of works for all annual inspections;

— annual gas service with certificate — emailed on completion of service to the Hanover Coordinator;

— fully comprehensive servicing and repairs contract for all aspects of an individual boiler and hot water installation and solar pre-heat systems;

— no access reports and follow up regime;

— member of gas safe register — all operatives attending HSHA properties;

— KPI returns processed monthly by email.
