Since no bid was received at the time that fully met the suitability requirements with regard to the references, the procedure was cancelled on 09.10.2023 after consultation and approval by the award committee. Subsequently, the tender documents were revised and this new open procedure was carried out.

- Lot 3: Locations in Cologne Bocklemünd, Bonn, Aachen, Siegen
The contract is scheduled to start on 01.03.2024 and the contracts will be concluded with a term of three years with a one-time extension option for a further two years.
