The subject of the order is the modernization of the ICT infrastructure, broken down into 2 parts:
— Part No 1: network,
— Part 2: servers and systems.

Tender proceedings will be carried out in accordance with the International Competitive Tender Procedures (ICB) as set out in the “World Bank Instruction: Procurement of goods, works and non-consulting services under IBRD loans and IDA loans carried out by borrowers The World Bank of January 2011, as amended in July 2014, (“World Bank Instruction on Procurement”) and it is open to all eligible bidders, as defined in the World Bank's Procurement Instruction. In addition, please refer to points 1.6 and 1.7, which outline the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
Modernization of ICT infrastructure networkThe contract OVFMP 4A.4.2 in Part No 1 covers the following scope of work: Delivery of equipment and installation services — to be completed in 7 stages.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the tender documentation, which will be made available in Polish and/or English, after submission of the application, in electronic form or in paper form.
