The subject of the order is the gradual delivery of meat, sausages and animal fats in the quantities and parts specified in section II.1.6. The Purchaser does not guarantee the implementation of the entire subject of the contract. The actual quantities of the subject of the contract delivered by the contractor during the term of the concluded contracts will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority.

The contracting authority places orders by phone, fax or e-mail three days in advance, the contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract in the quantities and dates specified by the contracting authority together with the original invoice and HDI document. The subject of the order may not show signs of deterioration, damage or stale. Labels are required on each product in accordance with Regulation 1169/2011 regarding food labeling (manufacturer's name, product name, expiry date, storage conditions, composition and weight, etc.). The delivered subject of the order is to be fresh, arranged in packaging intended for contact with food in a way that does not cause deformation.
