LB 075.1 Ventilation systems.

Creation of a central ventilation system with 3 810 m 3 / h air output for the interior rooms in the new building as well as the ground floor and 1st floor old building of the "Hoffmann" house, for ventilation with integrated heat recovery, highly efficient rotary heat exchangers (approx. 80%), efficient EC fans and the corresponding filter stages. The ventilation system is supplied via a duct network made up of square or round ducts with constant volume flow controllers and air outlets in the individual rooms. The fire compartments are separated by means of fire dampers with and without auxiliary drives. A VRF inverter system, 12.2 kW cooling capacity, with one outdoor and two indoor units is used to cool the duty room and the copier / ELT / BMZ.
