This concerns the provision of the necessary study services for the project of rebuilding the exit and exit complex 20 “Vuntcomplex” of the E314 in Leuven, in order to arrive at a licensed and tendering file.

The services include:

● Updating the already approved project note and preliminary draft from 2011

● The layout of a complete design (roads, sewerage, landscape installation, planting plans,...) for the new complex, taking into account the water sensitivity of the project zone

● The drafting of the necessary expropriation plans

● The calculation and layout of all technical documents for the works of art

● The drafting and submission of applications for obtaining environmental permits, including drafting the applications regarding the possible diversions of watercourses and footroads

● The preparation of a degration study (incl. note) for the project components where to be paid

● The drafting of the tender documents (specifications, estimates, plans, calculation notes,...)

● Delivering performance around BIM - Building Information Management.

● Technical support during the execution of the works (excluding yard control and site management)
