The quantity structure shown in Annex 9 of the tender documents is the expected quantities per year, which result from the considerations of the years 2021 and 2022. These can be used as a basis for calculation. Since the actual volumes for the years 2024 et seq. may differ from the figures given, the disclosure of these traffic volumes does not result in a purchase obligation of this amount for the PBeaKK.
It is assumed that about 5 million shipments per year will be spent. The breakdown over months during the year can be found in Annex 9 of the tender documents (quantity structure). The daily volume to be processed is on average between 15 - 25 thousand shipments. In cases of promotions and special promotions, this quantity can be significantly exceeded.
The quantities described in the quantity structure describe the current status, including all promotions and special promotions.
Further acquisitions in third-party aid may result in increases of more than 20%. The introduction of the electronic patient record and the associated introduction of a cloud solution or sending via PBeaKK app can lead to a considerable reduction (even more than 20%) in the quantity.
The service to be provided can be divided into day-to-day business, regularly recurring promotions and special promotions.
We anticipate an additional volume of 15-20 thousand postal delivery orders. In addition, after the introduction of Central Registered Mail, we expect an additional volume of about 250-300 registered letters.
