The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement for External Loan Assessors. The successful framework members will be required to:

— Establish demonstrable repayment capacity to service the loan (evidence based);

— Determine Promoter knowledge in terms of skills/training on the sector being targeted (evidence based);

— Ascertain applicant credit history — demonstrated honourable credit history and evidence of arrangements with other Credit Institutions;

— Seek additional information from applicant either by way of email/telephone/letter;

— Schedule interview to establish:

• Viability of the business plan;

• Promoter skills;

• Business experience;

• Character and commitment;

• Motivation and ability to repay and determination to succeed.
