This concerns the provision of traffic education services for children aged 0 - 18 years in the fifteen municipalities of the Amsterdam Transport Region. The Municipality of Amsterdam (hereinafter Amsterdam) and the Amsterdam Transport Region (hereinafter Transport Region) have decided to jointly purchase the products and services within the 'Traffic education' category. The Municipality of Amsterdam is the contracting authority (Leadbuyer) on behalf of both clients. The assignment concerns the organization of the provision of traffic education for children in pre, primary and secondary education under the existing platform Traffic & More. Traffic education is understood to mean: theoretical traffic methods, practical traffic lessons and projects, theoretical and practical traffic exam and parental involvement.

The estimated total contract value (including options, contract extension, direct deliveries, etc.) excluding VAT is EUR 16 400 000 plus EUR 3 600 000 ex VAT budgetary space up to a maximum of EUR 20 000 000 ex VAT over the entire term.
