Semitan, Société d'économie mixte des transports en commun de l'agglomération Nantaise, is the operator of the Nantes Métropole public transport network. It serves the 24 municipalities of the agglomeration through its Bus, Tramway, Busway and Navibus lines.
Semitan also acts as a project owner mandated by Nantes Métropole to manage operations to improve the performance of the network, and to develop and renovate the network.
The management of the pre-operational studies is carried out on the Semitan side by the Bus Facilities department. Operational monitoring is carried out by the Infrastructure Project Management department.
The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for intellectual services for project management assistance relating to the improvement of the performance of the bus network with Semitan, in support of the teams.
The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for intellectual services for project management assistance relating to the improvement of the performance of the bus network with Semitan, in support of the teams. The future incumbent will be involved in all areas related to the performance of the bus network:
- Traffic light signalling
- Urban development of all modes
-Landscaping
- Networks and civil engineering
- Circulatory studies and traffic modelling
- Structures
The expected level of study will differ depending on the project and its complexity, but also according to the fields within the same project.

This is a framework agreement for intellectual services with a single contractor, with a minimum amount of €150,000 excluding tax and a maximum amount of €800,000 excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement, including renewals, in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 1° of the French Public Procurement Code.
This framework agreement will be executed as and when the order forms are issued in accordance with article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public procurement code.
