The subject of the contract is comprehensive supply (sale) of electricity, including the sale of electricity and provision of electricity distribution services to 51 energy consumption points, for the needs of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. in Stargard, in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021. Whenever reference is made to the Terms of Reference for the supply of electricity, this is understood as its sale.

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply (sale) of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services to 51 energy consumption points, for the needs of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o. o. in Stargard, in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021. Whenever reference is made to the Terms of Reference for the supply of electricity, this is understood as its sale.

2. Comprehensive supply (sale) of electricity and provision of distribution services will take place within the meaning and on the conditions set out in the provisions of the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law - (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 775 as amended .) and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act, in particular with the quality standards of customers specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 6.3.2019 on detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2019 item 503).

3. Planned amount of electricity during the contract period: 7742.60 MWh.
