1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property, from the area of Dąbrowa Municipality in 2022 — in accordance with the applicable laws.

2. The collection and management of waste and the equipment of the property with containers, bags, containers, big-bag bags should be carried out in accordance with Polish law and local law.

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect and use any amount of waste that will arise on the property of inhabited property and at the point of selective collection of municipal waste. The actual quantities of waste received may change and this will not constitute the basis for a change in the Contractor's remuneration.

4. The detailed scope of the object of the contract is specified in the specification of the terms of the contract and the relevant provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 7 to the SWZ and form an integral part of it.
