The municipalities in the Gjøvik region and the Hadeland region shall enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of oil products. The framework agreement shall meet the municipalities' need for fuel oil and fuel delivered in bulk, as well as options for the procurement of oils and lubricants as well as other related products. The contract also includes the procurement of pump products. The contracts can also be used by other municipal agencies, including all governmental bodies and coalitions formed by one or more of these municipalities. The framework agreements shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year, total up to 4 years. The following municipalities are covered by the framework agreement: Gjøvik, Gran, Lunner, Nordre Land, Søndre Land, Vestre Toten and Østre Toten. Jevnaker municipality shall have an option to join the framework agreement in the contract period. The extent of the delivery is detailed in the tender documentation, Part 2.
