3. The conditions for delivery and receipt of the object of the order are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
4. The assortment offered should be authorised for marketing and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland and comply with the requirements laid down by the Act of 20 May 2010 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1565, as amended).
