It concerns 450 to 500, with growth to 550, virtual workplaces (accessible via laptops) where it is important that availability is guaranteed and incident reports are picked up as quickly as possible, problems are proactively identified and handled as much as possible and any changes are expertly supervised. As far as laptops are concerned, it generally applies that they are made available to employees by the foundation. Employees who are hired externally (other than temporary workers) bring, on the basis of contractual agreements, their own devices (BYOD) with which access to the cloud environment must be obtained.
