Hørsholm Municipality wishes to establish a strategic partnership for the implementation of a wide range of the municipality's upcoming construction projects.

The vision is to establish a long-term collaboration that ensures sustainable construction projects of high quality with an efficient execution that ensures an optimal use of resources – a sustainable construction partnership. By involving relevant competencies early in the projects, creating repetition effects and continuity in user involvement, reducing transaction costs and incorporating flexibility into the task portfolio, the framework for more optimal project processes is created.

The sustainable building partnership must also create innovation in the task solution, including by implementing sustainability in processes and projects. The present tender covers projects concerning renovation, conversion and new construction of Hørsholm Municipality's building stock, including associated landscape projects.

The present tender includes a framework agreement concerning renovation, conversion and new construction of Hørsholm Municipality's building stock, including associated landscape projects in the total amount expected to be approx. DKK 184 million and with a desired pipeline of approx. DKK 162 million - combined in a maximum framework up to DKK 519 million excl. VAT for a period of 4-6 years. All projects must be initiated before the expiry of the framework agreement, but can run for a number of years thereafter.

Hørsholm Municipality will enter into a framework agreement with one strategic partner (referred to as "the strategic partner" or "DSP"), which is expected to consist of turnkey contractors with associated architectural and engineering competencies as well as any subcontractors/suppliers.
