The contract has as its object the assignment of the services of custody, cleaning, ordinary maintenance and fulfillment of the DM 18/03/1996 of the football fields and related appurtenances located, respectively, in P.le Lancieri d'Aosta in the capital of Cervignano del Friuli and in Via dei Platani in the hamlet of Muscoli

The contract has as its object the assignment of the services of custody, cleaning, ordinary maintenance and fulfillment of the DM 18/03/1996 of the football fields and related appurtenances located, respectively, in P.le Lancieri d'Aosta in the capital of Cervignano del Friuli and in Via dei Platani in the hamlet of Muscoli;

The contract shall, in particular, provide for the management of the following services by the successful tenderer:

• Custody service;

• Cleaning service, including the emptying service of the baskets;

• Ordinary maintenance services;

• The management of all utilities (electricity, gas, waste tax, tax on advertising and public billboards, etc.)

• The maintenance and compliance with the safety conditions relating to the plant itself.

• The obligations referred to in the decree of the Ministry of the Interior dd. 18.03.96 (in particular, preparation of the safety plan, the emergency plan and the control register, as provided for facilities with more than 100 spectators or for facilities with a capacity not exceeding 100 spectators or without spectators),

• The obligations for the implementation of all the preventive obligations contained in the law of 5 March 1990, n. 46 "rules for the safety of the plants" and Presidential Decree 6 December 1991 n. 417 "regulation implementing the law n. 46 of 5 March 1990, on the subject of plant safety";

• The execution of any punctual interventions of extraordinary maintenance proposed by the manager and previously approved by the municipality.

The management of the plant must be carried out in compliance with current regulations, ensuring the continuity of functions and services.
