The subject of the contract is the maintenance and care of greenery in the Bemowo District of the Capital City Warsaw. The procedure is divided into 4 parts of the order.
1) Maintenance of parks in the Bemowo District of the Capital City Warsaw.
2) Maintenance and care of street greenery (high and low) in the Bemowo District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw.
3) Maintenance and care of greenery (areas other than park and street areas) in the Bemowo District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw.
4) Care of trees planted in Górczewska Park by the Warsaw Greenery Board in the Bemowo District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR (for individual lots 1A, 1B, 1C and 1D, respectively).
1. The subject of the contract is to maintain parks in the Bemowo District of the Capital City Warsaw in the years 2020–2021.
2. Areas covered by the contract with the surface:
- Górczewska Park,
- Bema Fort and adjacent areas with a playground,
- green areas around the Glinianka Sznajdra water reservoir,
- green areas around the Staw Jeziorzec water reservoir,
- the area between railroad tracks and streets: Człuchowska, Anieli Krzywoń, Sons Pułku
Σ = 48.7 ha.
3. The scope of work includes in particular:
- mowing lawns and slopes with raking and immediate swath removal,
- weed mowing,
- maintenance and care of shrubs,
- establishing lawns, renovating and fertilizing them,
- watering trees and shrubs in case of drought,
- raking lawns in spring and autumn,
- nature and technical cuts in tree crowns,
- felling with cutting wood and removing spoil for disposal,
- trunk milling,
- replacement of damaged stakes with new ones,
- removal of stakes,
- replacement of pheromone trap inserts on horse chestnuts,
- removing grass and weeds from paved surfaces,
- removing grass and weeds from gravel surfaces and from a safe surface made of coniferous bark,
- maintenance and care of the flower meadow,
- planting seasonal flowers and sown of annual plants,
- removal and loading of tosses: branches and leaves in piles, leaves and branches in sacks, cut grass in piles, fallen branches from trees,
- leveling the ground by supplementing it with soil.

Maintenance and care of street greenery (high and low) in the Bemowo District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw in the years 2020–2021.
The total area of street green areas is 42 ha, including: mowing area - 39.5 ha; area of shrubs for care 2.5 ha (250 ares).
2. The list of street greenery areas is attached as Annex 2.1 to the Description of the subject of the contract.
3. The area of care shrubs constitutes Annex 2.2 to the Description of the subject of the contract.
4. Scope of work:
- mowing lawns, including weeds, with raking and immediate removal of swath for disposal,
- setting up lawns,
- maintenance and care of shrubs (including watering trees and shrubs in case of drought),
- watering trees and shrubs in case of drought,
- raking of lawns in spring and autumn including regular raking of chestnut leaves in the period from July to November and utilization of rake leaves,
- removal and loading of tosses: branches and leaves in piles, leaves and branches in sacks, cut grass in piles,
- nature and technical cuts in tree crowns,
- felling trees with cutting wood and removing spoil for disposal,
- carp milling

Maintenance and care of greenery (areas other than park and street areas) in the Bemowo District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw in the years 2020—2021.
2. The total area of communal greenery (other than park and street areas) is 25 ha.
3. The list of communal green areas (areas other than park and street areas) is attached as Annex 3.1 to the Description of the subject of the contract. Note: the areas listed in points 1 and 2 of the List of municipal areas are located in the historic area of Fort Bema and in the surrounding area.
4. The scope of work includes in particular:
- mowing lawns, including weeds with raking and immediate swath removal for disposal,
- lawn renovation,
- maintenance and care of shrubs,
- mulching with bark of bushes,
- watering trees and shrubs in case of drought,
- raking lawns in spring and autumn,
- export together with loading of tosses of branches, leaves, cut grass,
- nature and technical cuts in tree crowns,
- felling trees with cutting wood and removing spoil for disposal,
- carp milling,
- planting seasonal plants,
- maintenance and care of the flower meadow.
Care of trees planted in Górczewska Park by the Warsaw Greenery Board in the Bemowo District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw covers the period from 15.6.2020 to 30.11.2022 or until funds run out.
Number of trees for care - 160 pieces.
