The services put out to tender include attendance, remote and notification interpretation services in different languages, as well as translation services. In addition, the possibility to purchase a sign language interpreting service will be included as an option in the sub-package of interpreting services to be tendered.
The acquisition is divided into the following subentities:
1. Interpretation services to the Central Uusimaa region
2. Translation services to the Central Uusimaa region
3. Translation services to the Vantaa region
The tendering procedure shall be carried out by means of an open procedure whereby a maximum of five (5) of the highest-scoring eligible suppliers shall be selected for each sub-set, constituting a framework agreement; separate agreements are concluded with the selected contract vendors. The same tenderer may be selected for several subassemblies. Individual services at net prices are ordered in order of total economy according to the conditions and criteria set out in the tender documents.
The selection of the tendering procedure is based on the overall economic advantage, in the 1st subassembly with a price weight of 70 points and a weighting of 30 points for quality, 57 points in the 2nd subassembly with a price weight of 57 points and a quality weight of 43 points, and in the 3rd subassembly with a price weight of 50 points and a quality weight of 50 points. The selection is made in the order in which the bidders are scored. If more than one tenderer receives the same score, the contracting entity shall recruit the tenderers to be selected. The lottery is a way accepted by case law.
The contract period is four (4) years. For both parties and sarastia's customer communities committed to the acquisition, the notice period of the contract is six (6) months, despite the fixed term. Users of the agreement have the right to terminate only from the desired subassemblies.
The contract of procurement begins no earlier than the procurement decision obtained by the force of law. Entities associated with the agreement (see contractual base) will enter the scope of the contract after the termination of their existing agreements.

The services put out to tender include translation services for different languages, such as translation services for English, Swedish, Estonian, Russian and Arabic languages. Translation services will be used, for example, to translate customers' websites into different languages, lighter text corrections and proofreading, to even out peaks in customers' own production, and to record videos. With the help of translation services, subscribers are intended to produce material in a multichannel and multilingual manner, so that the communication reaches finnish and Swedish-speaking, non-language and immigrant populations and responds to the needs of the information.
