The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to The Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport, in accordance with applicable regulations, including the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) together with implementing acts.

The subject of the Order is determined by the Specification of the Conditions of Order (SWZ) together with the Designed terms of the Agreement (Annex 8 to SWZ).
