PQQ STAGE

The Contract is for the construction of 34 new social housing dwellings together with associated site development and engineering works. All the units built under this contract must have ‘Secured By Design’ and ‘Lifetime Homes’ accreditation.

11no. 3-Person/2-Bebroom CAT1 apartments,

2no. 2-Person/1-Bedroom General Needs Apartments,

8no. 5-person/3-bedroom General Needs Houses,

12no. 3-Person/2-Bebroom General Needs Houses,

1no. 5-person/3-bedroom Complex Needs House.

The contract period will be approximately 20 months from date of award and is scheduled to start before the end of March 2022.
