This Tender Guideline concerns a European procedure, in accordance with the ARW 2016, chapter 2, concerning the Gelderland Rail Terminal project in Valburg in the municipality of Overbetuwe. The project consists of two lots:

Lot 1 Preparing for construction at Rail Terminal Gelderland

Lot 2 Access road and landscaping

The work of cutlery B2489-1 consists mainly of:

- Removal of green areas;

- Removal of street furniture;

- Removal of element and asphalt pavements;

- Removal of sewers and culverts;

- Carrying out earthworks and pre-loads;

- Installation of sewerage and culvert works;

- The installation of civil engineering works, including screen screens and covers;

- Taking occupational hygiene measures, safety measures and setting up work areas;

- taking traffic measures;

- Working in a general nature;

- Carrying out preparatory and additional work;

The work of cutlery B2489-2 consists mainly of:

- Removal of green areas;

- Removal of street furniture;

- Removal of element and asphalt pavements;

- Removal of sewers and culverts;

- Carrying out earthworks;

- Carrying out soil remediation;

- Carrying out demolition work;

- Installation of sewerage and culvert works;

- Installation of foundations;

- Installation of element and asphalt pavements;

- Installation of road markings and street furniture;

- Removal and installation of public lighting (by third parties);

- Taking occupational hygiene measures, safety measures and setting up work areas;

- Setting up the remediation site;

- taking traffic measures;

- Working in a general nature.

- Carrying out preparatory and additional work;

- Installation of a traffic control system:

a. the delivery, installation and turnkey delivery of 1 traffic control machine (iVRI-ready,

low voltage 42V suitable for LED class II);

c. the delivery, installation and delivery of the complete road furniture ready for use;

d. the delivery, laying and delivery of all necessary ground cables and pipelines ready for operation;

e. grinding and connecting a complete detection field;

f. performing an (i)Factory Acceptance Test FAT;

g. performing an (i)Site Acceptance Test SAT;

h. the maintenance of the work delivered for 52 weeks after completion;
