The VRZHZ is looking for a Contractor who can supply the hot drinks supply that meets the requirements and wishes as described in the Tender Documents.

The scope of the Assignment consists of delivering, caring for and preventive and corrective maintenance of the hot drinks supply and filling.

The scope of the Assignment is described below in general terms:

• Delivering, installing ready for use, technical maintenance (preventive and corrective) and taking care of the drinks vending machines;

• Supplying and refilling all necessary (loose) ingredients such as coffee, tea, cocoa, bags of soup, milk, sugar and biobased cups;

• Preventing and resolving all common malfunctions at the beverage vending machines.

The starting point is that all 34 locations are provided by the Contractor with one or more of the two types of coffee machines. After awarding the contract, it will be determined in consultation with the Client which type of machine will be placed where.
