Execution of appraisal reports determining the value of the monthly lease rent of real estate in the years 2023-2024

The subject of the contract is the execution of appraisal reports determining the value of the monthly lease rent of the property in the years 2023-2024.

The subject of the contract is the execution of appraisal reports:

- determining the value of the monthly rent and/or the fee for non-contractual use of real estate for undeveloped or developed real estate, but the buildings are the property of the tenant and are not subject to valuation. Forecasted number of reports – 10.

- determining the value of the monthly rent and/or the fee for non-contractual use of real estate for built-up real estate and/or rent for premises or other developed real estate. Forecasted number of reports – 50.

The estimated amount will be the basis for determining the monthly rental rate and/or determining the fee for non-contractual use of the property and/or rent.

Projected total number of appraisal reports to be carried out – 60

The minimum number of reports to be performed – 30.

A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

Deadline for the performance of the contract – from the date of signing the contract to 30.11.2024

33 The Contracting Authority does not specify the requirements for the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the performance of the contract, since the performance of those activities does not consist, in the opinion of the Contracting Authority, in the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code.

3.4 The Ordering Party does not provide for an electronic auction.

The contracting authority does not envisage the conclusion of a framework agreement.

8.3.1 The Contracting Authority in relation to Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract in relation to the condition regarding technical or professional ability allows the contractors to meet the condition jointly.

8.3.2 The fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings by Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract will be verified by the Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 117 (3) of the Polish Law.

8.3.3 Contractors jointly applying for the award of a contract, together with the offer, submit a statement from which it follows which scope of the subject of the contract will be performed by individual Contractors. This statement is attached as Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ.
