The turnkey contract includes all work and deliveries for acute psychiatry Østmarka, but does not include various ICT equipment etc., furniture and mobile fixtures. There is a general description of the work in the preliminary project and further details are in the attached function descriptions. The preliminary project refers to a new building with approx. 4 600 m² gross area. The gross area includes a non-fitted area in the basement of approx. 200 m². The building shall be constructed as a passive building with energy class A. The building shall include 4 wards with a total of 40 bedrooms. The building will come under St Olavs HF.
