Services of the technical equipment Plant group 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, LP 4-9 according to §53 HOAI with stepwise commissioning

The Ostallgäu-Kaufbeuren Clinics intend to expand the areas of endoscopy and left heart catheterization at the Füssen Clinic. This requires the performance of the technical equipment plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 for the work phases 4-9 according to §53HOAI.

In the areas of the former intensive care unit, two endoscopy intervention rooms and two LHKM each with adjoining rooms will be set up.

The conversion will probably take place in two construction phases during ongoing hospital operations.

Area: approx. 975 m² NuF plus technical and traffic areas;

Work phases 1 to 3 are processed parallel to the award procedure.

An application for advance determination has not yet been submitted. The coordination with the StMGP and the RvS is ongoing.

The 1st level of performance is called up directly after placing the order.

The further stages are called up depending on the inclusion in the annual hospital construction program and the professional approval.
