The consultation is divided into 17 lots. For information, lots 13 "Earthworks" and 30 "Support" were the subject of a previous consultation. The provisional date for the start of the work is scheduled for May-June 2021. The overall construction timeframe, all lots combined, is 42 months, preparation period and holidays included. The contract is broken down into two parts for lots 12090-12140-12170 and 12400:
- Part A: basic services: the contract is awarded at a firm and final fixed overall price;
- Part B: modification work for buyers: the contract is concluded at firm and final unit prices.
