The target of the tendering process is IT equipment used in air navigation systems, such as servers, workstations and peripherals. The purpose of the acquired equipment is to replace the current equipment of the TopSky air navigation system in use in Finland, the oldest of which have been in use since 2009.
The equipment to be put out to tender is divided into two areas, for the purchase of which a framework agreement is established:
1. Servers and workstations: estimated value of the procurement during the contract period EUR 1,600,000
2. Ancillary products: estimated value of the contract during the contract period EUR 350,000
Two suppliers are selected for each area. The offer can be made for one or two areas by filling in the attached Appendix 2 Hinnat_Laiteluettelo only the tabs you wish to offer. The benchmark price shall be determined separately for each of the components.
Competition, exceptionally, applies only exactly to the devices listed on the device list and their models. Other models of the same manufacturer or similar products from other manufacturers are unacceptable because only the types and models mentioned in the list have been validated and approved by the air traffic control system supplier.
