The subject matter of the contract shall be defined by the Functional-Utility Programme which, together with the Contractor's offer, are annexes to this Agreement. The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include in particular:

(a) assembly of infrastructure which will be used to produce electricity from renewable sources — energy of the sun. The power of photovoltaic systems was selected based on the volume of electricity demand by the building. It is assumed to connect the photovoltaic system to the network — the type of installation On Grid. Electricity consumers will produce it for their own needs (simultaneous production and consumption of energy). Surplus electricity from the site of the installation will be fed into the network of the local distribution system operator;

(b) the scope of the order includes the purchase and installation of pellet boilers (7 pieces), gas boilers (83) oil furnaces (2) gasification furnaces (14) photovoltaic installations (15), solar collectors (9) for individual.

1. The object of this agreement is the implementation of the task of “Replacement of heating agents together with the installation of renewable energy sources in the municipalities of Korczew and Jabłonna Lacka” in the system design and build together with obtaining the necessary arrangements (hereinafter referred to as “the subject of the contract”).

2. The scope of the object of the contract shall be defined by the functional and utility programme which, together with the offer of the Contractor, are annexes to this Agreement. The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include in particular:

b) the scope of the contract includes the purchase and installation of pellet boilers (7 pieces), gas boilers (83) oil furnaces (2) gasification furnaces (14) photovoltaic installations (15), solar collectors (9) for individual households in the territory of Korczew Municipality and Jabłonna Lacka together with tanks on gas.
