The following measures are planned for the TUTC building, which are to be carried out essentially in parallel:

- Replacement of the existing plastic facade cladding for a non-flammable aluminum cladding,

- Renewal of the roof structures and the roof drains, production of emergency drainage,

- Increase in the load capacity of the facade access system,

- Repair of the entrance platform of the main entrance area,

- Repair / renewal of flanking components (e.g. suspended ceilings),

- concrete repair measures,

- installation of a photovoltaic system,

- Renewal of the external sun protection.

The overall measure is divided into the 2 construction phases BA 1 and BA 2. The construction phase BA 1 comprises the entire eastern and the entire western extension, as well as the parts of the high-rise building adjacent to the extensions, including the entrance platform. The construction phase BA 2 comprises the high-rise building from the parapet of the 1st floor to the roof.

The tendered construction work essentially comprises the following measures:

- Creation of a work plan for the external blinds and the control system,

- dismantling of the existing external blinds,

- Installation of new electrically driven external blinds in existing panels,

- Installation of a central, wind-dependent control using a bus system.

The following characteristics must be retained when renewing the facade cladding:

- arrangement of the external blinds as in the existing building,

- rail guide,

- Color shades in coordination with the lower monument protection authority.
