The purpose of this service is to integrate new employees into the different operational teams, namely:

- OBL's: team building due to the opening of new ticket outlets or stores,

- Coffee shops: strengthening teams due to the opening of new sales outlets,

- EPAE: reinforcement of the teams of keepers, fruit of the increase of horses and shows and presentations of the school,

- Other areas: needs to reinforce employees for projects or to perform functions associated with increased workload in different functional areas of the company due to the growth of PSML.

The purpose of this service is to integrate new employees into the different operational teams.
