The joint union ports of Normandy, the Department of Seine-Maritime, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Coastal Hauts-de-France, the community of municipalities of the Côte d'Albâtre have decided to create a group of orders, for the joint consultation of dredging companies for the maintenance of the depths of the port of Dieppe, the Tréport, Fécamp, Caen-Ouistreham and Cherbourg, Saint-Valery-en-Caux.

The implementation is within the respective operating budgets of each contracting authority. At the end of the consultation, each member of the group shall sign a framework agreement for work on purchase orders with the supplier (s) for the lot and the quantities corresponding to his needs and shall ensure its execution. The contract is valid for 1 year and tacitly renewable three consecutive times, for a period of one year, for a maximum of 4 years.
