Monetra Oulu Oy Procurement Services requests your offer for scanning services to its customers (hereinafter also referred to as "Subscribers") in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes.
The material contained in the procurement is official material and consists of, among other things, technical
industry documents, e.g. building permits, drawings, old map materials, connection statements, etc.
The purchase does not include scanning purchase invoices.
The procurement has not been divided into parts, as it is only a question of one service package
acquisition.

The customer has the right to scan documents, document-type work, technical drawings, building permits, etc. also on devices in their own premises. This purchase applies to scanning services that are not provided by the subscriber himself.
In the section "Criteria of the object of procurement" of this invitation to tender, the requested prices for basic documents A4 to A0 are requested, which must contain the requirements mentioned in the section "Criteria of the object of procurement - general criteria of the group". In addition, under "common criteria/information", the tenderer has been asked to indicate transport charges for the material to be scanned.
Three (3) of the most economically advantageous service providers shall be selected from the eligible tenders in order to safeguard the needs of the subscribers, unless there are fewer eligible bidders or acceptable tenders.
The prices for documents requested in this call for tenders are for basic documents.
ORDERS:
Orders below the threshold (60,000 €) are made freely by agreement
existing service providers. The customer can also choose to make a mini-tender under

Procurements above the threshold will be subject to mini-competitive tendering.
