Entrustment of the environmental matrix monitoring service, consisting of periodic sampling and sampling, first measurements in the field, transport, laboratory analysis, drafting and transmission of test of the following two landfills for non-hazardous municipal waste of consortium ownership: closed landfill, in the post-operative phase, located in the Municipality of Cambiano (TO) - Loc. Valle San Pietro Cascina Benne and closed landfill, in the post-mortem phase, located in the Municipality of Riva near Chieri (TO) - Loc. Low Road Ronello. Monitoring of groundwater, surface water, leachate, free air and biogas. Total estimated amount of 200,766.00 Euros, of which 2,613.96 Euros for security charges from interference risk assessment not subject to a fall over VAT. Assumed auction base subject to a fall of 198,152.04 Euros (200,766.00 Euro — 2,613.96 Euro interference risk safety charges); alleged amount of principal performance (water and leachate), 163,887.54 Euro and alleged amount of secondary supply (free air and biogas), 34,264.50 Euro plus VAT. 36-month procurement period presumably from 27.01.2022 to 26.01.2025. Upon its expiry, the contract, chosen by the Consortium, may be extended for a maximum of six months, before the completion of the new tender procedure pre-ordered to identify the new contractor. In case of exercise of this option pursuant to Article 1331 of the Civil Code, and pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11, Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, the contractor will be required to subject himself to the same agreements and conditions and contractual prices. Assumed amount of the optional six-monthly extension amounts to €33,461.00 including security charges from interference risk assessment. Amount assumed consideration for the tender-based service, including optional half-yearly extension pursuant to articles 35, paragraphs 4 and 106, paragraph 11, Legislative Decree 50/2016 and amended: 234,227.00 Euro plus VAT.
