1. The object of the order is to perform periodic repair at 4 maintenance level 10 SU4210 series 6DI combustion locomotives.

2. The procurement procedure is carried out in an unlimited tender procedure under the Law of 11 September 2019 — Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2019 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “PZP Act” or “Pzp”.

3. This order is a sector order.

1. The object of the order is to perform periodic repair at 4 maintenance level 10 SU4210 series 6DI combustion locomotives.

2. The contract will be concluded in time for 10 repairs to locomotives, i.e. a maximum of up to 24 months from the date of signing the contract or until the maximum remuneration is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform repairs to each of the locomotives delivered for repair within 65 working days.

4. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide guarantees and warrants for the unsafe operation of the locomotives after the repairs performed, for a period of not less than 12 months.
