1. The object of the contract is the delivery of office supplies to judicial units located in the area of appeal: Białostocka, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań and Wrocław, and the National School of Judiciary and Prosecutor's Office in Kraków and Purchasing Center for the Judiciary Institution of Budget Economy. The list of Units for which the proceedings are carried out shall be Annex No 8 to the SWZ.
2. The Contracting Authority shall require that the shelf life of the products offered be not less than 12 months from the date of partial delivery in question.
3. Delivery will be carried out in the form of partial deliveries, on the basis of orders placed by the Units, through the IT system of the Ordering Party, to the e-mail address indicated by the Contractor.

5. The contract shall be implemented for a period of 12 months from the date indicated by the Contracting Authority, not later than 3 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, subject to § 12 (2) of the Model Agreement — Annex 5 to the SWZ.
The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility to commence the implementation of the contract on different dates for individual units resulting from different deadlines for completion of the previous contracts.
6. On the basis of the Contracting Authority's declarations/statements, the time limit referred to in point 5 may be extended by the time indicated by the Contracting Authority, however, for a period of not more than 4 months.
7. Specific cases of modification of the time limit for execution of the contract shall be defined by the Model Agreement, Annex 5 to the SWZ.
8. The maximum time limit for the implementation of individual partial deliveries shall be 5 working days from the date of placing the order (under the terms set out in the Model Agreement, Annex 5 to SWZ).
The timing of the individual partial deliveries is a criterion for the evaluation of tenders
