Heating installation for renovation measures in a school
Heat supply systems with a total heat output of approx. 190 kW must be installed.
KG 421 — Heat generation plants
The following heat sources selected:
- gas condensing boiler, output: 200 kW, spread: 75/55°C
- electric heat pump (air/water), output: 50 kW, spread: 55/40°C
Taking economic efficiency into account, the electric heat pump can be operated up to a maximum outside temperature of +7°C. For this reason, the gas condensing boiler must provide the total output in case of design.
The flue gas system of the gas condensing boiler is routed from the heating centre in the lower floor to the opposite room (A0.03) via a corridor crossing.
The heating media temperature for the static heating of the main building is matched to 55/40°C.
KG 422 — Heat Distribution Grids
Two heating circuits for dynamic and static heating in the main building and existing heating circuit distributor or collector are fed into the newly installed heating circuit distributor and collector. The entire line from the UG to the 4th floor is insulated according to EnEV.
KG 423 — space heating surfaces
To heat the main building, 237 steel radiators are installed in horizontal and vertical orientation under the window parapets.
