The Oberfinanzdirektion Karlsruhe - LZfD - needs support from external personnel for the development and operation of container application platforms in the TestCenter KONSENS (TCK).
Container Engineering2 external persons are needed for the tasks at hand. The tender will therefore be made in 2 lots.
The framework agreement in the form of an EVB IT service contract begins on 01.10.2023 and ends on 31.12.2024.
The client reserves the right to extend the term of the service contract annually, at the latest until 31.12.2027.
Minimum purchase over the entire term of the contract per lot: 100 PT, Estimated purchase quantity over the entire term of the contract per lot: 1020 PT.
Due to the sensitive data environment and the system accesses from different federal states, the design and implementation of an information security-secured authorization system is a focal point.
This also results in the required willingness to carry out a simple security check (Ü1) in accordance with the State Security Clearance Act (LSÜG).
A transfer of know-how to the internal employees of the LZfD has to take place.
The role of the Container Engineer includes the construction and operation of container application platforms for the test environments of the TCK. Basically, these are classic DevOps or cloud engineer tasks such as the automation of workflows to carry out deployments.
