The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which SITRU entrusts the Holder with the supply of approved containers adapted to the services requested, the transport and treatment, in compliance with all related regulations, of Specific Diffuse Waste outside the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and deposit chains, deposited by users of the SITRU waste disposal site. The waste covered by this contract comes from the contributions made by the users of the SITRU waste disposal centre, located at 1, rue de l'union, 78 420 Carrières-Sur-Seine

the waste concerned by lot 1 is the Specific Diffuse Waste (or Dds) deposited by the users of the SITRU waste disposal site, for the part that is not collected and treated by the eco-organization Ecodds. This unsupported share may change during the duration of the contract, depending on the evolution of the perimeters of the various EPR sectors.

the waste concerned by lot 2 are the pressure containers (gas cartridges, gas cylinders and fire extinguishers) deposited by the users of the SITRU waste disposal site, for the part that is not currently included in the perimeter of a EPR sector or can no longer benefit from a deposit system, or the part that is included in the perimeter of a EPR sector but whose takeover by the eco-organization concerned is not yet Operational. These unsupported shares may change during the duration of the contract, depending on the evolution of the perimeters of the EPR sectors and the collection methods put in place.
